  1. Can I order by phone?

We process all your orders from Bursabaju.com and by our online order channel.
If you would like to talk or put your order to us by phone, please call us on (62) 31. 71.80.8889 OR (62)852.30.60.8999 from Indonesia time 08.00 am – 18.00 pm ( Monday to Sunday).
It is more efficient for you to EMAIL your inquiry to us, our Sales Executive Officer will follow it as soon as possible.

  1. Do you have any stores or Showroom where I can try on a dress?

We have an Showroom at Surabaya, Indonesia.
You are welcome to visit our Indonesia Showroom (Delivery Center also) with an appointment in advance.

  1. Can I purchase directly at your Showroom?

We can only accept online ordering or phone ordering.
You may place your order and make payment in advance.
You / or your local forwarder can come to collect the Ordered Items at our center directly.
Orders those are self-collected will not have delivery charges.
Please try to use our ease and fast system to place your order.

  1. How is the quality of your clothes?

Our product quality is good relative to our wholesale prices.
Around 90% of our products are the same as photos, with another 10% are imitated from fashion magazines.
Our products are suitable for competitive-priced markets.

  1. Do you have a paper catalog?

As all of our styles are shown on the web, and goods stock level changes everyday, we regard our online shopping cart as our catalog.
We do not issue paper catalog.
We always update our products in our website to follow and be the leader of fashion style in the world.

  1. How often do you add new styles to your line?

We frequently change our stock to bring you the best styles every weeks.
The goal of Bursabaju.com is to bring all the latest fashions and trends to retailers with the speed and ease of E-business.
That’s why our selection is so dynamic.

  1. Are the wholesale prices displayed bundle or unit prices?

All priced displayed are single unit wholesale prices.

  1. Do you offer any discounts?

YES! We offer discount in different ways :
Discount for Total Order Amount:
- 5% OFF discount for goods order amount below than IDR 1.000.000,-.
-10% OFF discount for goods order amount more than IDR 1.000.000,-.

  1. What would be the suggested retail price (M.S.R.P) of your merchandise?

The regular mark up can range from 50% up to 300% of the wholesale price. You could purchase a fashion dress for USD $ 8.00 and sell it for USD $ 40.00 ( 400% mark up).
And you probably should not sell it under USD $ 12.00 (50% mark up).

  1. How is your sizing, do you carry special sizes, are there junior sizes?

All our clothes are in ONE Size / All Size.
Other sizable clothes are sized at Asian Small / Medium / Large / Extra Large.
Most of our apparel styles have considerable stretch and are form-fitting and are worn with a tight fit.
At this time, we don’t carry special sizes.
Most of our clothings are tailored for junior to petite adult women (alike the models at photos).
To assist you in ordering the correct size, we have included a link to our Size Chart.
Most of our clothes are made with some Spandex raw material which is elastic.

  1. How to specify sizes when I Checkout?

Most of our clothes are in One Size. For sizable items, there will have clear size information shown at products description.
Please let us know your prefer sizes for sizable items (for whole or per model) by adding Comment during Checkout, our shipping department will pack accordingly.

  1. Do you have any minimum quantities or order amount requirements?

No, we do not have minimums. We are welcome any buyers who would like to purchase at bursabaju.com. With our discount programs, we give more discount to whom purchase more at bursabaju.com, especially to those wholesalers.
We respect all visitors and all buyers from Indonesia, and around the world.

  1. Is your merchandise used or irregular?

No, we provide our customers with wearable quality of merchandise none of our fashions are irregulars or seconds.

  1. What about returns and exchanges?

We have a well-established returns system for unmendable detective /missing /wrong items, full detail can be found in our Purchase Guidelines.

  1. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Paypal / Western Union / TT transfer. You may see the details in Purchase Guidelines.

  1. What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rate is counted by Indonesia EMS postage system for overseas buyers, base on parcel weight/capacity. And for local buyers (Indonesia), we prefer to use ASL or TIKI.You may see the details in Shipping Rate Chart.

  1. Why the shipping rate for my order so high /low?

Shipping rate is based on parcel weight/capacity. You will discover that ordering the same amount of fall styles, the total shipping fee will be higher than that of Summer styles. It is because of heavier Winter clothes than Summer clothes, which leads to higher shipping fee.

  1. In what purchase amount can I get free shipment?

We do not offer free shipment at this moment. Purchase in certain amount could enjoy Discount. Please kindly see the discount details in above question.

  1. Is there any extra charge ordering from you?

Bursabaju.com would not place any extra charges other than items actual wholesale price and corresponding shipping fee, to enable shipment. Meanwhile, we would not responsible for any bank charge of your payment, and parcels custom fee/import duties.

  1. Is all your merchandise immediately available?

All our styles available at our online catalog are currently in stock. However some of these fashion styles have limited availability. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  1. How long will it take to get my order?

We will arrange delivery of your ordered stocks from our China factory, Taiwan factory, some South East Asia countries factory to Indonesia office when we have received your full payment. This process will takes 5days.
If your ordered items are in stock and the order is placed before 2 p.m.(Indonesia time), we will process your order in the next working day. If the order is placed after 2 p.m. or on a weekend / bank holiday, it will process your order one working day afterward.
If the clothes is not in stock, we will email you the earliest date that you can have the dress. Refilling of stock only takes generally one week time, so the latest delivery time would be within 2 weeks.
We will do the best for your order.

  1. How about if there is out stock items?

As stocks level is changing every Minute, there may have potentially 5% of goods waiting for re-stock or just out stock every hour, our CS will describe to you in detail, and let you decide whether you would like wait or exchange for another style to enable faster postage. All excess payment/ excess shipping fee/ price difference would be credited to your member account for latter use.

  1. Do you serve special manufacturing orders? Personalized options?

We have close relationship with China, Taiwan factory, we can custom manufacture special orders. The minimum quantities will range from 100 to 200 per style. Please email us for details.

  1. Your clothes are pretty and in very reasonable price, how can I keep contact with you?
